Park County Commissioners are poised this Tuesday, July 2nd, to deny the right to a public hearing for the new Health Services District (HSD) plan. They are trying to block your right to vote on the healthcare issue for Platte Canyon. These agenda items are the effort of two county commissioners to deny a public hearing on a grassroots citizens’ initiative to bring local and affordable healthcare access to more than 10,000 Park County residents.
This directly violates Title 32 of Colorado Statutes.
